Shipping Policy

Please note: the safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We are monitoring the current situation very closely and working with our fulfilment partners to ensure that appropriate safety precautions are in place, as such there may be a slight delay in your package. Inclement weather can also delay packages.

For Domestic Orders

We currently offer domestic shipping to all areas of the contiguous United States.

All orders will be processed in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Orders will arrive via FedEx within 2 - 5 business days.

Standard shipping is $9 for all orders, and free for orders over $50.

Until Monday 11:59pm PST, use code FREESHIP for for free shipping on all orders.

We are working hard to be able to provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/ FPO addresses in the near future.

Need to edit your shipping information?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email help@breadbeautysupply.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that addresses can be updated if your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for fulfilment.

Having problems with the tracking?

In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via help@breadbeautysupply.com We can give you the inside info.

When will my order ship?

How it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then FedEx takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

You can shop BREAD via Cult Beauty and Sephora United States, please check their websites for their shipping locations :)

Stockists

You can shop via Sephora.com/breadbeautysupply, and in 110 select Sephora stores. Please contact us to see if BREAD is available at a Sephora store near you.

Refund Policy:

We're sorry you didn't love your BREAD. If there is an issue with your BREAD product, please contact us via help@breadbeautysupply.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
